GOALS
Contingency
plans are essential for emergency
situations. Most of us do not make such
plans on a daily basis. However, we know
how much simpler life would be if we had a
plan, in order to make a smooth transition
without added stress. In my practice, I
help my clients to plan for the
"contingency" situations in their lives
that will affect them, as well as their
family and friends.
The goal
is to establish tax planning and asset
protection; avoid litigation and tax
penalties, hasten the closure of estates,
and prevent unnecessary worry and
emotional stress. This results in the use
and enjoyment of your assets for your
retirement, or your heirs and/or
charities, as well as peace of mind in
knowing that your wishes for your business
and estate will be competently handled, as
